Blue Tomato Salsa was started in 2003 by Nicolle Wray after a flood of requests from friends and family to start bottling her salsa. For Nicolle, starting Blue Tomato Salsa was a way to share family traditions and recipes. She demonstrates her love, pride and dedication to her family tradition of salsa making by adorning the side of each jar with her mother's picture. In addition to following traditional recipes Nicolle, a vegetarian for over 20 years, only uses fresh, all-natural ingredients in her products. The combination of tried and true recipes and the fresh ingredients combine to make a product so fresh you'll wonder how it possibly came from a jar.
